Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year retail sales experience.
• Strong storytelling and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Present products to clients with storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build and develop a clientele through the company CRM platform.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge on brands, collections, and showroom pieces.
• Maintain professional attitude and integrity in all interactions.
• Follow Company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team and assist colleagues as needed.
• Assist in turning clients over to other team members when appropriate.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
• Use all company systems and tools to perform duties.
• Complete administrative tasks supporting the Client Experience.
• Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
• Perform all duties assigned by management.
