Responsibilities

• Confidently present products to clients with storytelling and a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele via the company CRM platform.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge on brands, collections, and pieces in the showroom.
• Maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity.
• Comply with company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Offer assistance and build relationships with team members.
• Turn clients over to other team members as needed to best serve clients.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
• Independently use all company systems and complete relevant admin tasks.
• Handle client repairs when required.
