The role requires a typing certificate (40 WPM+), strong data accuracy, and occasional travel to cover other timekeepers. Employment is full-time with state benefits.

Qualifications

• Typing certificate with minimum speed of 40 WPM within last four years.
• Experience with timekeeping and attendance records.
• Ability to analyze and correct time entries in TeleStaff.

Responsabilités

• Record and keys attendance for Nursing staff using TeleStaff.
• Update and correct time postings and generate reports.
• Answer telephone and counter inquiries regarding time discrepancies.
• May travel to cover other HR Timekeepers in the region.
