Qualifications

• 4 years of education above high school in any field is creditable at the GL-05.
• One year of full-time academic study equals 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours, or 20 hours per week for ~36 weeks in a business/secretarial/technical school.
• Specialized experience at GL-05 includes payroll issues, leave/pay documentation, overtime and pay verification, and time/attendance reporting.
