• One year of specialized experience or equivalent required for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Experience conducting pre-solicitation conferences with contractor and program staff.
• Experience developing standard operating procedures for procurement offices.
• Experience conducting pre-award reviews of solicitations and contracts to identify deficiencies.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher (4-year course of study)

Graduate education or doctoral degree
