Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a safety‑minded supervisor to lead hourly teams in Tennessee. You will develop and audit LOTO policies, JHAs and SOPs, while promoting safe work practices and process excellence.
You will also implement quality controls to ensure product integrity and drive efficiency improvements. The role requires 1–3 years supervisory/operations experience, with a strong tile/ceramic background and solid data analysis and coaching skills.

1-3 years supervisory/operations experience. Strong technical background in the tile/ceramic industry and previous quality control experience preferred.
Core competencies include strong communications skills, organization, data analysis and interpretation, and ability to prioritize. Ability to train, coach and problem solve. Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
