Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a material handler in a warehouse environment, preferably in the tile and stone industry.
• Previous experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols.

Aufgaben

• Move, load, and unload tile and stone products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Inspect materials for damage and ensure quality before handling or shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic inventories.
• Work closely with the inventory control team to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Assist in the arrangement and optimization of storage spaces for efficient material flow.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
