Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues.
• Enter orders, respond to inquiries, provide product information, and check pricing and stock.
• Track order status and manage transportation-related questions.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls using ACD systems.
• Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and orders from entry to delivery.
• Respond to customer needs and participate in special projects as required.
