Job summary

The Tile Shop in Brandon, FL is seeking a friendly Part Time Sales associate to deliver a world class buying experience in our showroom. You will work with homeowners, interior designers and trade pros to meet space, style and budget goals.

Hours are 20-30 per week with an hourly wage of $18-$19 and uncapped commissions potential, reflecting your performance and team results. Equal opportunity employer. Training provided to learn products and installation basics.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Bilingual in any language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals.
• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by various follow up methods.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Ability to read, calculate measurements and read floor plans.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Maintaining excellence through Showroom presentation (cleanliness, merchandising).
• Other duties as assigned.
