Job summary

Florida Tile is seeking a Design Showroom Consultant to assist architects, contractors, and homeowners with tile selection, generate sales, and process orders. The role involves maintaining the showroom, handling inquiries, and coordinating with sales teams to grow the business.

The candidate should have retail or sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A driver’s license and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months retail or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Knowledge of tile or flooring industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a trade client base via in-house meetings and calls.
• Promote showroom for A&D trade events and promotions.
• Coordinate sales efforts with OSR sales team and share leads.
• Assist staff with customer service, order processing, deposits, invoicing and merchandising.
