Job summary

Arizona Tile is seeking a Showroom Consultant to help customers select tile and granite products that meet design and durability goals. You will greet customers, share design ideas, and present samples to support informed decisions.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of retail sales experience, with basic design knowledge and strong communication. A Monday–Friday schedule with possible Saturdays. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years of retail sales in a professional environment.
• Basic knowledge of design elements (size, proportion, color, balance, and light); ability to measure with a tape and sketch ideas.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to multi-task with multiple customers.
• Basic computer skills working within Windows environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and maintains a professional, warm showroom atmosphere.
• Assists customers with design ideas and uses product knowledge to present samples.
• Keeps showroom neat and merchandised; ensures displays are organized.
• Develops knowledge of stone, tile, rough goods, and chemicals.
• Keeps up-to-date with design trends and competitors.
• Prepares and stocks product samples with proper identification.
