Job summary

Signature Outdoor in Bartons Location, United States, is seeking a crew member to professionally install pool plumbing, conduit, and automation, and complete related tasks under a Crew Leader. You will also assist with other outdoor living installations, including softscapes and hardscapes, as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires willingness to learn, punctuality, good communication, and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Construction experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Install pool plumbing and conduit under supervision.
• Assist with pool tile, finishes, and other outdoor living tasks.
• Follow directions, maintain tools, and ensure safety.

Description

To provide our customers with a great construction experience by professionally installing pool plumbing, conduit, automation, and completing other project related tasks as needed by Crew Leader.

Complete other tasks when needed in different sections of the business including other areas of swimming pool installation (pool tile and finishes), softscapes (planting, mulching, etc.), hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens), and other outdoor living elements.

Position Requirements

• Arrive on time daily, prepared for work, with a positive and ambitious attitude.
• Be in good physical condition, ability to safely lift and carry 50-80 pounds, ability to kneel for long periods of time, ability to bend up & down.
• Proficiently read a tape measure down to 1/16”.
• Set up, understand, and operate a laser transit, or willing to learn.
• Set up and follow string lines or willing to learn.
• Knowledge around the use of various power tools.
• Operate a truck and trailer, or willing to learn.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license (with Chauffeur or willingness to complete) & have reliable daily transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
