This position works within our construction department to support building pools and spas from plumbing, forming, tile, plaster, and more.

Qualifications

• Education: GED or high school diploma
• Proficient knowledge of smartphones and technological communication
• Willing to participate in on‑the‑job training (6 months)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to move 200 pounds with the support of a dolly
• Must be able to operate a computer and phone efficiently
• Must be able to stand, climb and walk for 8+ hours
• Must be able to walk, climb, and bend frequently
• Must be able to work around heavy equipment and construction sites

Day in the Life

• Active involvement in the building and learning of the construction pool process
• Collaboratively working with a team to execute the construction plans
• Attending department and company meetings to support growth
• Cleaning and organizing the job site to ensure efficiency
• Documenting progress through the use of technology
