Job summary

Sir Grout Indianapolis is seeking a hard surface restoration technician to restore tiled surfaces for residential and commercial clients. You will provide cleaning, repair, and sealing services, while ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship.

This role involves driving to job sites, managing materials, and delivering excellent customer service. The position offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and a competitive base pay with incentive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide tile and grout cleaning, repair, minor re-grouting, caulking, color sealing, and related services.
• Operate the service vehicle safely and follow PPE standards.
• Process payments and paperwork on-site when required.
• Engage in business development activities and client interactions as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory of chemicals, PPE, and supplies.
• Report safety concerns and incidents promptly and communicate clearly with customers and managers.

As a Tile and Grout Restoration Technician at Sir Grout, you will play a key role in restoring the beauty of tiled surfaces, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Responsive and respectful interactions with our residential and commercial customers, focused on understanding and addressing their needs.
• Cleaning and Repair: Provide tile/grout cleaning, tile repair, minor re-grouting, caulking, color sealing, and minor repair services.
• Secondary Services: These may include residential stone countertop sealing, and applying coatings to all floors and surfaces.
• Safety Adherence: Safelyand efficiently operate the service vehicle, utilize chemicals and maintain equipment, follow all safety regulations at all times including inspecting equipment, following all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, and using the proper equipment for each job.
• Process Payments and Paperwork: On site payment and paperwork processing.
• Business Development Activities: Possible activities such as engaging in community events, networking opportunities, and provide occasional estimates as required.
• Inventory: Maintaining and reporting on accurate inventory of chemical products, PPE, etc.
• Reporting and Communication: Reporting all safety concerns or injuries immediately, clear communication to both customers and managers on any issues or questions on the work.

Requirements:
