Sir Grout is seeking a reliable tile and grout technician to service homes and businesses in Indiana. You’ll perform cleaning, color sealing, minor repairs, and inspections using professional equipment, with training provided.

This full‑time role offers a supportive team, fixed schedule, paid training, company vehicle, uniforms, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll need a valid Indiana driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in tile, grout, flooring, stone, or related trades is preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean record; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tile & grout cleaning using professional equipment and solutions.
• Grout color sealing for a uniform, refreshed look.
• Minor tile & grout repairs and replacements as needed.
• Stone and surface inspection to recommend restoration services.
• Customer service: clear communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, van, and materials to keep operations smooth.
