Job summary

Northern HammerWorks in Avon Lake, OH is hiring a full-time Tile/Flooring Installation Technician to install tile, carpet, and luxury vinyl plank for residential projects. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work from measurements and plans.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, earn $25–$35 per hour depending on experience, and receive a 401(k), PTO, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tile and flooring.

Responsibilities

• Mark and measure surfaces to prepare for each job.
• Perform tile installation for shower walls and floors.
• Install carpet and luxury vinyl plank (LVP).
• Ensure flooring is secure and clean before finishing.
