Qualifications

Seeking to hire a skilled and motivated Floor Installation & Construction Technician to join our team While the primary role will be focused on flooring installation LVP Hard tile the position is not limited to flooring only Candidates should be open to performing a variety of construction related trades such as demolition drywall painting and general repairs when needed

Responsibilities

Install repair and maintain various flooring systems tile vinyl etcPrepare and level subfloors and surfaces before installationPerform additional trades as required drywall painting demolition trim work etcSafely operate tools equipment and materialsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and the Clean Air ActMaintain a clean organized and safe job siteWork efficiently while meeting quality standards and deadlinesCommunicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements

Previous experience in flooring installation minimum 2 3 years preferredKnowledge of multiple construction trades is a plusStrong attention to detail and problem solving skillsReliable transportation to job sitesPhysically able to lift carry and perform manual laborSkilled in the care and use of tools and equipment used in the workplace
