Job summary

Northern HammerWorks, a family-owned residential construction company in Avon Lake, OH, is seeking a Flooring Showroom Design Consultant. You will guide clients through flooring/tile selections, translate ideas into detailed proposals, and collaborate with a Project Manager to ensure smooth scheduling and execution.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 10 am–6 pm, offering a salary range of $60,000–$100,000 plus performance incentives and a robust benefits package including a 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the tile and flooring industry.
• Strong customer service and design advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand vision and needs.
• Recommend flooring and tile options and prepare detailed proposals.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to schedule and execute projects.
