Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an entry level Material Handler I (Receiving) in the United States to join our team. The role involves basic warehouse duties, operating a forklift, and handling inbound/outbound materials, with lifting up to 75 lbs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, and certification to operate sit-down forklifts. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and safety and accuracy are emphasized in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey orders to packing/shipping area.
• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy, stock checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays and replenish material.
• Receive and unload inbound material; process shipments; stock material; handle customer returns; notify management of damaged shipments.
• Operate forklift and order picker equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility; follow safety rules; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
