Job Description:

The Grout Medic, a fast‑growing grout & tile maintenance/installation company serving the Atlanta area, is looking for a tile technician/grout technician to join our team. Candidates should be patient, friendly, detail‑oriented, and possess knowledge of tile installation and grout work. They must be able to follow procedures, respond to customer needs, and travel to customer homes.

Responsibilities:

• Install tile and grout at customer locations.
• Perform re‑grouting, re‑caulking, grout cleaning, and grout color sealing.
• Execute tile repair, replacement, and minor water damage repair behind tile (excluding drywall repairs).
• Provide high‑quality, on‑time service while maintaining a clean appearance and company vehicle etiquette.
• Attend regular work shifts Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday work as needed.
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience installing tile preferred; not required for a grout technician.
• Knowledge of silicone caulks and various types of grouts helpful.
• Must speak English well.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a visa that permits employment in the United States.
• Must have a clean driver’s record (MVR will be checked) and be able to use a company vehicle; if driving record is not clean, an alternative vehicle may be used.
• Criminal background checks required.
• Ability to travel to customer homes.

Compensation and Benefits:

Full‑time position. Hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00, based on experience. Company vehicles provided. Immediate hiring available.
