Job summary

The Grout Medic is hiring a Tile & Grout Restoration Technician to join our growing team in North Carolina. You will perform grout and tile restoration, repair, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in tile, construction, remodeling, restoration, or a related trade.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform grout and tile restoration, repair, and maintenance.
• Regrout, recaulk, and color seal grout lines for residential and commercial clients.
• Replace damaged tiles and repair tile installations as needed.
• Deliver clean, high-quality workmanship that meets The Grout Medic's standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide an excellent service experience.
• Mud bed and shower pan replacement experience is a plus.
