Requirements

• Must be able to pass background check, clean driving record and drug screen.
• Experience working with your hands in a skilled trade is preferred (Trim painter, Tile Installer, Handyman, Mechanic).
• Attention to details.
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle during training).
• Clean, professional appearance and communication.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (occasional weekends).
• Clear spoken English.
• U.S. citizen or valid work visa.
• Clean driving record (MVR checked).
• Physically able to walk for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, email, and messaging tools.
