Responsibilities

About the Role:
- E-commerce's Governance and Experience team at TikTok is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators. We focus on user satisfaction, policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality.

- As a product manager on our E-Commerce team, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop safety product features and strategies, focusing on governance, ecosystem features, and methods to detect and address risky behaviors in TikTok's E-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the external articulation of e-commerce seller and creator governance strategies, balancing business growth and risk mitigation to ensure long-term health and sustainable growth.
• Design credit and incentive functions for sellers and creators through educational interfaces, including rewards, penalties, and appeals, to enhance ecosystem vitality.
• Develop a monitoring system for seller operations and influencer creation behaviors, using data-driven analysis to identify issues affecting growth and user experience, and craft strategic plans accordingly.
• Address merchant, influencer, and user feedback by refining and implementing rules, and lead the design of product modules.
• Foster seamless collaboration with business, strategy, and R&D teams across product verticals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• High data sensitivity, with the ability to identify risks, diagnose root causes, and validate solutions.
• Proven experience with international products, community/social platforms, UGC platforms, supply-demand platforms, or overseas work/study experience.
• Passion for content and e-commerce products, and active user of these services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building B-end workbenches and strategizing account security products, especially managing complex product requirements across multiple domains and leading engineering teams.
