The Supply Chain and Logistics team builds the capabilities that support business growth and global operations. We provide business planning, operational insights, and logistics strategy support to help teams and partners operate efficiently across markets.

As the business scales globally, we take on complex, business-critical challenges across network design, operational efficiency, service quality, and the differing needs of each local market, work that strengthens partner experiences and supports sustainable growth.

You will help build scalable logistics capabilities that support TikTok Commerce across global markets.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our Supply Chain Optimization and Planning Excellence team, which aims to provide a better customer experience and minimize overall operational costs through automation, optimization, prediction, and simulation.

FBT (Fulfilled by TikTok) provides merchants with end-to-end fulfillment services covering inbound, storage, delivery, and returns. The team is dedicated to improving merchant experience while optimizing inventory efficiency and fulfillment cost through supply chain planning, inventory management, and fulfillment network capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for FBT replenishment planning and inventory health, covering demand forecasting, replenishment recommendations, inventory placement, inbound planning, and inventory performance review.
• Build product capabilities that determine when to replenish, how much to replenish, and where to replenish, leveraging sales trends, seasonality, promotions, product lifecycle, inventory position, supply chain lead time, and fulfillment network constraints.
• Build inventory health capabilities to identify and improve out-of-stock risk, insufficient inventory coverage, regional inventory imbalance, excess inventory, and aging inventory.
• Partner with algorithm, data, engineering, supply chain operations, fulfillment, and merchant operations teams to take replenishment solutions from strategy and pilot validation to scaled rollout.
• Establish merchant and business feedback loops to continuously improve recommendation adoption, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, out-of-stock rate, inbound success rate, and fulfillment cost.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of product management experience; experience in e-Commerce fulfillment, supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics technology, or cross-border logistics.
• Understanding of supply chain planning and inventory management fundamentals, with knowledge in one or more areas including demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory turns, days of supply, out-of-stock, or excess inventory.
• Strong analytical, structured-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear product solutions and priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and systematic project management skills; able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to think outside the box and take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-Commerce platforms, international logistics, warehouse fulfillment, retail supply chain, or marketplace products.
• Experience partnering with algorithm or data teams to build forecasting, recommendation, inventory allocation, or optimization products.
• Experience building seller-facing products, with a strong understanding of merchant pain points in replenishment, inbound operations, and inventory management.
• Cross-region and cross-culture work experience; experience in large e-Commerce or international logistics companies is preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176320 - $280440 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
