Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.

We are seeking experienced logistics professionals to support the growth of seller fulfillment and shipping operations in the U.S. market. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, solving seller shipping and fulfillment challenges, and developing scalable logistics solutions that enhance the end-to-end seller experience on TikTok Shop.

• Develop and execute logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the shipping and fulfillment experience for sellers and merchants on TikTok Shop in the U.S. market.
• Identify and solve seller-side shipping and fulfillment challenges, including order fulfillment, pickup, carrier handoff, delivery performance, and logistics exceptions, and drive effective end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to strengthen logistics capabilities and ensure alignment between platform workflows and seller needs.
• Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, and drive scalable process and solution optimization.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and continuously optimize existing logistics models and operating mechanisms.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in e-Commerce logistics, seller/merchant fulfillment, cross-border e-Commerce logistics, or related supply chain and logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting sellers or merchants with shipping, fulfillment, or logistics operations is required.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end fulfillment and transportation operations, with demonstrated experience identifying operational issues and driving practical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Experience in high-growth e-commerce, marketplace, or social-commerce businesses.
• Experience with cross-border e-Commerce sellers and U.S. fulfillment or shipping operations.
• Experience designing or scaling seller-facing logistics or fulfillment solutions.
• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $258400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.

Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
