Job summary

Sunny Health & Fitness seeks a detail-oriented TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day health and performance of our TikTok Shop presence. You will work hands-on within Seller Center, optimizing PDPs, managing campaigns, and overseeing affiliate programs to scale GMV.

You will implement automated campaigns, track KPIs, and maintain clean product data while collaborating with creators and internal teams to maximize visibility and conversions.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years hands-on TikTok Shop experience inside Seller Center.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop health scoring, violations, and account maintenance.
• Experience optimizing PDPs for TikTok Shop SEO — keyword research, titles, and descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok Shop health scores daily and resolve violations to keep the account in good standing.
• Audit listings, pricing, inventory, and product information for accuracy across active SKUs.
• Maintain product catalog integrity: titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and categorization.
• Identify and resolve listing issues, policy violations, or fulfillment flags before they impact shop health.
• Write and optimize PDP copy for SEO and discoverability on TikTok Shop.
• Research keywords and competitor benchmarks to improve organic visibility.
• AB test PDP variations and track improvements over time.
• Build dashboards to report KPIs and performance trends.
• Build and manage automated campaigns, segments, and pricing in Seller Center.
• Coordinate platform campaigns and prepare assets ahead of deadlines.
• Oversee affiliate outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Manage sampling programs with shipments, deadlines, and ROI tracking.
• Monitor inventory and supply for sampling needs and prevent over-commitment.
• Pull weekly performance reports: GMV, campaign results, top SKUs, and health metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities and share with the team.
