Job summary

Nutrabolt Bloom Nutrition seeks a TikTok Shop Intern to support creator communities and campaigns from Bloom HQ in Austin. You’ll engage with creators across Discord and Lark, nurture relationships with affiliates and LIVE streamers, and assist with onboarding and outreach for affiliate initiatives.

The role is onsite, paid, and part-time (15–29 hours per week). Ideal candidates are passionate about TikTok, social media, and fast-paced collaboration with strong organizational skills.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, personable and comfortable chatting with creators daily.

Responsibilities

Help manage and engage with our creator communities across Discord and Lark.
Build strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and LIVE streamers.
Monitor community chats and help answer creator questions in a timely manner.
Support creator onboarding, outreach, and follow-up communication.
Help identify and source new untapped TikTok Shop creators for affiliate outreach.
Research emerging LIVE creators and affiliates with strong TikTok Shop potential.
Assist with LIVE campaign coordination, giveaways, and creator activations.
Help track creator participation and campaign performance.
Monitor TikTok trends, viral products, and emerging creators.
Support product launches and special campaign initiatives.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Passion for TikTok, social media, creator marketing, and online communities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable chatting with creators daily
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Discord, Lark, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing is a huge plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking creator performance, outreach, and campaign organization
Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across creator communities and internal teams

Bonus Points If You

Have experience moderating or managing online communities
Have experience creating TikTok content
Understand TikTok trends, LIVE selling, or e-commerce
Are highly active on social media platforms yourself
Spanish-speaking is a major plus
