MAËLYS, a fast-growing body care brand, seeks a Director of Social Commerce in New York City to own and scale our TikTok Shop channel. You will lead strategy, day-to-day storefront operations, and the affiliate program while coordinating with marketing, merchandising, and analytics.

This role requires hands-on TikTok Shop experience and a strong P&L mindset. You will drive GMV, optimize conversions, and shape media plans with clear KPIs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Own and scale TikTok Shop strategy, operations, and calendar.
• Drive GMV, conversion, and profitability with data-driven analysis.
• Develop and grow the affiliate program with dedicated support.
• Manage storefront/catalog, pricing, promotions, and inventory sync.
• Lead livestream strategy and Video/Live Shopping Ads initiatives.
• Identify and fix underperforming channel areas.
