Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics professional in Fontana, CA to optimize fulfillment capacity and SKU allocation across the network. You will collaborate with algorithm-based systems and S&OP to boost regional performance and reduce costs while supporting strategic expansion decisions.

Minimum 3+ years in warehouse operations or supply chain, with strong SQL/Python skills and WMS experience; Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Classify and segment FCs based on performance and cost structure, and propose network optimization and consolidation strategies to reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with the S&OP team to conduct simulation and scenario analysis for order allocation, improving fulfillment efficiency and reducing costs.
• Drive continuous supply chain optimization initiatives, including: Inventory health and turnover optimization; FC-to-FC transfer strategy improvement; Inbound and outbound balancing; Transportation and fulfillment path optimization.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics' mission is to improve delivery experience while minimizing costs from Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FC storage capacity, SKU profile, and operational capabilities to develop capacity planning and SKU allocation strategies across the network.
• Work with algorithm-based systems (e.g., IPE, SRE) to optimize SKU placement and inbound allocation, improving regional fulfillment ratio and 3BD performance.
• Classify and segment FCs based on performance and cost structure, and propose network optimization and consolidation strategies to reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with the S&OP team to conduct simulation and scenario analysis for order allocation, improving fulfillment efficiency and reducing costs.
• Drive continuous supply chain optimization initiatives, including:
  • Inventory health and turnover optimization
  • FC-to-FC transfer strategy improvement
  • Inbound and outbound balancing
  • Transportation and fulfillment path optimization
• Support strategic decision-making (e.g., network expansion, new FC planning, capacity investment) with data-driven insights.

Qualifications
