Job summary

Tech9 is seeking a TikTok Shop Coordinator to support the brand's affiliate program by identifying creators, coordinating sample shipments, and tracking content. You will work with the Influencer & Affiliate Manager to maintain a network of brand partners and handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the Affiliate Center.

The role emphasizes organizational skills, clear communication, and attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning discovery, outreach, logistics, and content tracking

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in social media, influencer outreach, or ecommerce administration.
• Active interest in TikTok trends and basic understanding of TikTok Shop works.
• Strong organizational skills, clear written communication, keen attention to detail and brand fit.

Responsibilities

• Talent discovery: identify micro-creators on TikTok using hashtags, trends, and Creator Marketplace.
• Outreach: assist with initial creator outreach and collaboration invites in the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
• Sample logistics: help place, track, and monitor creator sample orders for timely delivery.
• PR mailer assembly: participate in packing and organizing monthly PR packages and seeding kits.
• Affiliate & Shop maintenance: track active sample requests, organize affiliate links, and monitor store inquiries.
• Database & content tracking: keep creator tracking sheets with contact details and delivery status.
• Asset archiving: save live shoppable videos and posts into shared drives for team access.
