We’re looking for a driven and strategic TikTok Shop Creator Manager to join our growing TikTok agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and scaling a roster of creators who sell through TikTok Shop—helping them increase performance, drive conversions, and build their on-platform brand. You’ll act as both coach and strategist, guiding creators to maximize their earning potential through shoppable content.

Key Responsibilities:
Creator Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of TikTok Shop creators, serving as their main point of contact.
- Coach creators on product selection, selling techniques, and content optimization.
- Help creators understand how to use TikTok Shop tools effectively to drive sales.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, conversion rate, live views, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop personalized strategies to help each creator grow their audience and maximize revenue.
- Regularly provide actionable insights and feedback based on data.
- Collaborate with creators to develop TikTok Shop product plans and campaign schedules.
- Identify trending or high-converting products that align with creator audiences.
- Coordinate with brands or product suppliers to support promotions, flash sales, or launches.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to help onboard new TikTok Shop creators.
- Ensure smooth setup of TikTok Shop accounts, affiliate links, and live access tools.
- Train new creators on best practices and content strategy for selling on TikTok.
- Stay current on TikTok Shop updates, algorithm changes, and e-commerce trends.
- Be a go-to resource for creators navigating the technical or strategic side of TikTok Shop.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when needed, ensuring creators are always supported.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in TTS, influencer management, talent management or e-commerce.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop and the influencer ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make performance recommendations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns at once.
- Passion for creator success, e-commerce, and the future of social selling.
- Bonus: Experience with affiliate marketing, Shopify, or brand partnerships is a plus.
