Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, remote Affiliate Marketing & Creator Outreach Coordinator to help scale our affiliate marketing programs through Amazon Career Connections and platforms like Levanta and Wayward.

You will be the frontline communicator and relationship manager for our creator and affiliate partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings proactive problem-solving energy, and has a deep understanding of affiliate workflows and creator engagement.

This position requires availability during Pacific Time working hours (10 AM–6 PM PST).

Key Responsibilities

Manage Affiliate Campaigns

• Oversee daily operations across affiliate platforms like Levanta, Wayward, and Amazon Career Connections.
• Ensure campaigns are launched on time and meet performance benchmarks.
  

Creator Outreach & Onboarding

• Identify, contact, and onboard creators aligned with our brand goals and audience.
  
• Use pre-built templates and personalized messaging to streamline outreach.
  

High-Quality Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates and creators.
  
• Maintain a brand-aligned, professional tone in all external communication.
  

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor affiliate and creator performance.
  
• Ensure compliance and suggest optimizations based on data insights.
  

Independent Execution

• Proactively manage tasks, solve problems, and communicate status updates without requiring constant supervision.
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Creator activation and retention rates
On-time campaign execution and messaging response rates
Affiliate-generated content performance & conversion rates
Volume of campaigns launched and partners onboarded

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator outreach, or partnerships
  
• Proven ability to communicate professionally with creators
  
• Experience with Levanta or Wayward (Levanta strongly preferred)
  
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
  
• Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
  
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency
  
• Availability to work PST hours (10 AM–6 PM PST)
  
• Experience handling financial tools (e.g., PayPal)
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Amazon Career Connections
  
• Background in DTC, eCommerce, or performance marketing
  
• Spanish language skills
  
• Experience with creator tracking tools or performance platforms
