Reach Social, part of Chief Media, is seeking a growth-focused Affiliate Marketing Lead to own TikTok Shop affiliate GMV and strategy. You will recruit creators, set commissions, and manage sampling while driving measurable revenue across a portfolio of brands.

You'll build affiliate plans, forecast targets, and report weekly results to internal teams, ensuring margin protection and scalable growth through live campaigns and creator partnerships.

• 2+ years in affiliate, influencer/creator, social commerce, or performance marketing
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, including Affiliate Center and Seller Center analytics (required)
• Experience owning revenue targets across multiple accounts
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into next steps
• Creative eye to explain why videos convert
• Clear, confident client/creator communication
• Highly organized with follow-through across many accounts
• Bonus: TikTok Ads Manager, GMV Max, or LIVE commerce experience

Who We Are

Reach Social, a Chief Media company, is an official TikTok Shop Partner. We’ve launched 50+ brands on TikTok Shop and driven $30M+ in GMV for 7–9 figure household brands. Our ambition is to become the most sought-after social commerce partner in the market.

We don’t just “run affiliates.” We build creator programs that keep producing, so the creator who posts once becomes the creator who posts every week. As part of Chief Media, you’ll work alongside Chief Media’s media and client strategy teams on shared brands.

The Role

This is a growth role, not an inbox-management role. You’ll own affiliate GMV for a portfolio of TikTok Shop brands: who we recruit, what we pay, what we sample, what we brief, and how we keep the best creators posting.

Most TikTok Shop programs leak in the same place: a creator gets a sample, posts one video, and disappears. Your job is to close that leak and turn the creators who convert into a repeat-posting roster. If you’re excited by creators, obsessed with performance, and want real ownership, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Own affiliate GMV and strategy

• Own monthly affiliate GMV targets for your accounts, and forecast and pace against them
• Build each account’s affiliate plan across open collaborations, target collaborations, TAP campaigns, retainers, and LIVE-focused affiliates
• Set commission rates, bonuses, and incentives from performance data, protecting margin while growing output
• Manage sampling and incentive budgets against ROI targets
• Choose which products to push based on conversion rate, margin, and GMV potential

Activate and keep creators

• Recruit high-potential affiliates through Affiliate Center, targeted outreach, and our creator community
• Run sampling so units go to creators likely to post and convert
• Turn one-video creators into repeat posters: follow-ups, re-briefs, contests, tiered incentives, and reactivation campaigns
• Track community health: sample-to-post rate, active affiliate rate, new-affiliate activation, and how evenly GMV is spread across creators
• Spot rising creators early and move proven performers onto retainers or into LIVE

Find the content that converts

• Break down top affiliate videos into the hooks, formats, demos, claims, and CTAs that drive sales
• Turn those findings into creator briefs that steer the roster toward what converts
• Hand winning affiliate content to our media team to scale with Spark Ads and GMV Max

Read the numbers and report

• Track the full funnel: GMV per affiliate, GMV per sample, sample-to-post rate, conversion, and commission ROI
• Share weekly performance, insights, and next steps with internal teams and clients, and push back when the data supports it
• Diagnose underperformance quickly and put corrective strategies in place
• Work closely with Client Success, Media Buyers, and Shop Ops to align affiliate pushes with merchandising, promotions, and launches

What Success Looks Like

• You fully own the affiliate strategy for your assigned accounts within 90 days
• Sample-to-post rate and the share of affiliates who post more than once go up, measurably
• Every account has a reliable roster of high-quality, repeat-posting creators
• Affiliate GMV grows month over month, and you can explain exactly why

What You Bring

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, social commerce, or performance marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, including Affiliate Center and Seller Center analytics (required)
• Experience owning revenue or performance targets across multiple accounts
• Strong analytical skills: you turn data into clear next steps
• A creative eye: you can explain why one video converts and another doesn’t
• Clear, confident communication with clients and creators
• Highly organized, with strong follow-through across many accounts at once
• Bonus: TikTok Ads Manager / GMV Max, LIVE commerce, or TikTok Shop Partner agency experience
