Job summary

Dollar Shave Club is seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to own the day-to-day affiliate engine for DSC and Truly Beauty. You will recruit creators, manage sampling, onboarding and support affiliates, turning creator content into GMV.

You'll collaborate with brand, marketing, and e-commerce teams to coordinate monthly product pushes, briefs, and campaigns, ensuring right products before launches. Fluency in English and conversational Spanish is required.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We’re excited to bring on a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to join the TikTok Shop Channel team,supporting both Dollar Shave Club and Truly Beauty! In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day engine of ourTikTok Shop affiliate program: recruiting and vetting new creators, managing sampling, onboarding andsupporting affiliates, and turning creator content into GMV. You’ll be the go-to contact for our creatorcommunity, from first outreach and sample request through posting, performance, and reactivation,including our Spanish-speaking creators and Star/VIP partners.

You’ll collaborate closely with our brand, marketing, and e-commerce teams to coordinate monthlyproduct pushes, distribute creator briefs, set up Target Collabs, and make sure creators have the rightproducts ahead of every launch. You’ll also keep a close eye on the numbers, pulling weeklyperformance, tracking what content angles actually convert, and recommending which creators and products to scale, maintain, or deprioritize.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source, vet, and recruit new creators (with a focus on L3+ and high-converting affiliates) by building targeted creator lists by brand, product, and category and running personalized outreach
• Manage the full creator funnel, tracking outreach → acceptance → sample → posting → GMV to keep the affiliate pipeline healthy
• Review and approve incoming sample requests for DSC and Truly, recommending when to increase or decrease sampling so priority products get enough creator coverage
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creators, handling DMs and questions in English and Spanish, onboarding new affiliates, and reactivating dormant creators
• Build relationships with Star/VIP and high-potential creators, identifying who deserves more attention and investment to grow their impact
• Review creator content and give quick, actionable feedback on hooks, angles, product education, and claims, while sharing winning content examples and inspiration
• Execute monthly and campaign plans by distributing creator briefs, setting up and managing Target Collabs, coordinating product pushes, and ensuring creators have the right products before launches
• Pull weekly TikTok Shop creator performance and maintain trackers for GMV, active creators, videos, samples, and conversion, recommending which creators and products to scale, maintain, re-engage, or deprioritize
• Help manage our creator community on Discord and in our Spanish-language chat, answering recurring questions, sharing product education, and celebrating creator wins to keep the community engaged

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or creator marketing, with at least 1 year managing creators on TikTok Shop
• Fluency in English and conversational fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate with creators in both languages
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and the affiliate tools, including sample management, open and targeted collaborations, and creator performance data
• Demonstrated ability to find, vet, and recruit high-converting creators and grow a creator program’s GMV
• Strong understanding of what makes TikTok content convert, including hooks, angles, product education, and claims guidelines
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for building trackers and analyzing weekly performance (GMV, conversion, samples, active creators)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships with creators at every tier
• Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of DMs, sample requests, and launches across two brands at once
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, cross-functional environment
• Experience in beauty, personal care, or grooming CPG preferred
• Experience managing creator communities on Discord or similar platforms preferred
• Experience with Target Collabs or retail-linked creator programs preferred

POSITION TYPE:

This is a full-time exempt position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is fully remote within the United States.

SALARY:

$92,000 - $115,000 + Bonus
