Job summary

Case-Mate, the tote, lifestyle accessories and phone case brand, seeks an on-camera host to turn live product demos into conversations viewers want to join. You’ll broadcast from our in-house studio, showcase our products, and connect with viewers in real time.

You should be warm, quick on your feet, comfortable improvising, and genuinely interested in helping people find products they’ll love. On-site studio work, wardrobe, and four-hour+ sessions are required.

Qualifications

• Experience hosting or participating in live broadcasts and familiarity with live streaming platforms.
• Confident on camera with strong communication and improvisation skills.
• Friendly, engaging presence and good judgment when interacting with viewers.
• Ability to learn product details and translate them into compelling demonstrations.
• Willingness to work independently within a set broadcast schedule.

• Demonstrate products clearly and explain their features and benefits in a relatable way.
• Respond to questions and comments in real time, making viewers feel welcome and keeping the conversation moving.
• Work with the marketing team to prepare for broadcasts and support campaigns and promotions.
• Learn the products well enough to answer questions confidently and adapt when a live show takes an unexpected turn.
• Bring ideas from live commerce and social media trends that could make our broadcasts better.
