Job summary

AMG Companies seeks a Social Content Creator to develop and execute social-first content across TikTok and Instagram for our intimates brands True & Co and Warners. This role builds platform-native content from the ground up, with a higher volume and cadence as our DTC business grows.

The role also owns the setup and management of TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop, ensuring content links to products and drives awareness, traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social content creation for fashion, beauty, lifestyle or DTC brands.
• Strong expertise in short-form video production and editing for TikTok/Instagram.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop, including tagging and merchandising.
• Deep understanding of social commerce and driving business results.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma and AI tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Social Media Manager to execute content strategy across two brands.
• Create, produce, and edit platform-native content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Execute a higher-volume content cadence to support DTC launch and growth.
• Own setup, optimization, and management of TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop.
• Translate trends into on-brand content to drive relevance, traffic and sales.
• Integrate product linking and in-platform shopping features for purchase paths.
• Collaborate with E-commerce and Marketing to align with DTC priorities.
• Capture content for campaigns, launches and brand moments; assist on-site shoots.
• Develop content calendars and identify real-time opportunities.
• Track and report content and commerce performance; share optimization insights.
