Job summary

Radiate in West Hollywood is seeking a TikTok & Instagram-focused intern who loves nightlife, music festivals and social media to help grow our presence online.

You will create 2–4 short-form videos per week, jump on trends, manage community interactions, and test creative hooks that fit Radiate’s voice. This in-person, paid internship includes lunch and transit coverage and college credit if applicable.

Qualifications

• College student status required or current enrollment.
• Ability to create engaging short-form content and understand platform trends.
• Willingness to live in West Hollywood and work in person.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit TikTok and IG Reels (2–4 vids/week).
• Jump on trends and generate original viral ideas.
• Engage with comments, DMs, and community reactions.
