Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on TikTok Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead, develop and scale our presence on TikTok through affiliate marketing strategies for top digital creators and influencers. In this role, you’ll build and manage a robust affiliate program working closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure successful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• TikTok Affiliate Program Development: Build and lead a scalable TikTok affiliate marketing strategy designed for digital creators and performance-driven content.
• Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and build relationships with affiliate partners, brands, and networks.
• Performance Optimization: Track performance, test creative approaches, and optimize based on affiliate GMV, conversion rate, and content engagement.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with talent managers and content teams to align campaigns and product drops.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Secure favorable commission structures, exclusive offers, and long-term agreements for creators.
• Trend & Platform Analysis: Stay on top of TikTok trends, Shop innovations, and affiliate tools to keep our program ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, ideally with TikTok Shop, creator commerce, or performance campaigns
• Proven ability to scale and manage affiliate programs that drive measurable results
• Deep knowledge of TikTok creator ecosystem, trends, and content formats
• Experience with affiliate platforms
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership or team management experience preferred.
