Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related experience.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Meets Florida state age requirement for handling alcoholic beverages (18+).

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describe specials and answer menu questions; suggest items when appropriate.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly after preparation.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenish items as needed.
• Handle checks and cash transactions; use the POS system.
• Cross-train in bartending service and participate in pre-shift tastings.
