• Adhere to shop safety guidelines and quality/compliance protocols.

We are seeking a Highly Skilled TIG Welder with extensive experience in precision welding to join our production team. In this role, you will work on complex, high-tolerance projects utilizing advanced materials and specialized equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-precision TIG welding on complex components and assemblies.
• Weld a variety of advanced and exotic materials, with a primary focus on Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium.
• Set up and operate a Turntable / Weld Positioner to maintain consistent bead placement and quality on circular or complex geometries.
• Adhere strictly to engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures.
• Follow all shop floor safety guidelines, quality standards, and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across the production floor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to comply with facility ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements.
• Experience: Extensive professional experience in precision TIG welding, specifically with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Titanium.
• Equipment Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate turntables and weld positioners independently.
• Reliability: Consistent history of punctuality, excellent attendance, and reliable transportation.
• Work Ethic: Strong commitment to teamwork, long-term employment, and willingness to work overtime when production workloads increase.
• Compliance: Willingness to wear supplied company uniforms and follow all shop floor regulations.
