Job summary

AT&F is seeking a TIG Welder to join our fabrication team in Ohio. This role focuses on multi-pass TIG welding and fabricating complex parts for large-scale projects, including stainless steels and nickel-based alloys. You will read customer blueprints, perform precise fittings, and apply lean, safety, and quality practices on the shop floor.

You should have proven TIG welding experience (GTAW, FCAW, GMAW Spray Transfer) and strong shop math. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• TIG welding skills demonstrated and proven performance in GTAW, FCAW and GMAW Spray Transfer.
• Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints and drawings.
• Strong shop math and measurement skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding and fabricating on custom parts for large-scale projects.
• Welding stainless steels, C-276, and Inconel 600 series to ASME Code and Military Specifications.
• Reading and interpreting custom blueprints and drawings from customers.
• Grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy-fuel & hand plasma).
• Follow lean principles and maintain safety and quality standards.
• General welding and shop duties as needed.
