Job summary

Hose Master LLC in the United States is seeking a Welder to perform skilled TIG welding in fabrication and repair of metal hoses. You will read blueprints, verify orders, and inspect fittings to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include determining alloy, following AMP/RPM procedures, maintaining logs, and upholding safety standards to deliver a high-quality product for diverse industrial markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Basic welding experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Good basic math skills.
• Knowledge of hose and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Verify orders for correct quantity and hose length
• Perform inspection for correct hose and appropriate fittings
• Determine correct alloy to be applied to all welds
• Perform skilled welding –following standardized procedure for AMP and RPM
• Learn job related material primarily through oral instruction and observation.
• Visually inspect completed welds to determine compliance with standards. Check quality and appearance of finished hose.
• Make appropriate repairs to assemblies that do not meet standards
• Maintain daily production logs
• Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self and others.
• Work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality product.
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
