Position Summary

The Welder will perform skilled welding work in the fabrication and repair of metal hoses. The role requires cross‑training across company departments as business needs arise.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• TIG welding
• Ensure orders are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• React to changes productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow instructions written in English
• Basic welding experience (certifications preferred)
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Good basic math skills

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; overtime may be required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Will sit 80% of the day
• Good vision, especially color vision (for color coding)
• Ability to climb up and down, bend, squat, twist, and kneel
• Ability to use hand and power tools
