Job summary

SAVARD Personnel Group seeks experienced Welders to join the Saint Gabriel fabrication shop in Louisiana. You will assemble and repair shell-and-tube heat exchangers in a fast-paced industrial setting, with emphasis on TIG welding and quality workmanship.

This permanent, full-time role requires blueprint literacy, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Overtime opportunities exist, with weekly pay up to $2,590.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding or fabrication experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings.
• Experience using TIG root passes and flux-core filling cap.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment.
