Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. in Lyndhurst, VA, is hiring a TIG Welder to perform high-quality welds on pipe sized ¾" to 18" (primarily 2"–6"). The role involves setting up, fitting, and welding critical refrigeration components such as compressors, vessels, evaporators, and condensers.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7AM–5:30PM plus Saturday 7AM–3:30PM, with a safety‑driven team environment. Applicants should be welding school graduates with 2+ years of pipe welding experience and be able to

Qualifications

• Welding school graduate with 2+ years of welding experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a 6G GTAW dissimilar weld test (2" schedule 40 stainless to 2" schedule 80 carbon).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Familiar with rigging, torch cutting, grinder and wire wheel operation, leveling, and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Weld pipe ranging from ¾" to 18" diameter, primarily 2"–6".
• Weld pipe runs on critical components (compressors, vessels, evaporators, condensers).
• Cut, bevel, and fit pipe accurately.
