Job summary

Viva Railings in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Welding Associate to join our fabrication team. You will weld and fabricate premium railing parts using advanced equipment, interpreting blueprints and shaping metal to our signature standards.

Responsibilities include TIG and Stick welding, field installation welds on posts, deburring and finishing, plus collaboration with field crews. Must have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year TIG experience, and traveling up to 300 miles to job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of TIG welding experience is essential.
• Current welding certification is highly desirable.
• Experience on construction sites with power tools is required.
• Willingness to travel to job sites up to 300 miles away.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and weld to project specs using TIG or Stick processes.
• Perform field installation welds on posts and sheeting.
• Select fillers based on project guidelines and material types.
• Collaborate with field crews to ensure high-quality installations.
• Deburr and grind finished surfaces to Viva Railings' quality standards.
• Support budget-conscious fabrication and efficient workflow.
