Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a TIG Welder/Fabricator for our Franklin, OH facility. The role involves fabricating, assembling and repairing sheet metal components in aerospace-grade work, with emphasis on precision and safety.

You will read blueprints, operate welding equipment (TIG/MIG), and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven welder experience in sheet metal or stainless steel.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

TIG Welder/ Fabricator

Location:Franklin, OH

Shift:1st & 2nd

Pay: $23/hr

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair sheet metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Utilize various welding methods (TIG, MIG, etc.) to ensure strong, clean welds on stainless steel and Inconel aerospace components.
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder in the sheet metal/ stainless steel industry.
