  • Assist with polishing and finishing repaired components
  • Support painting and other final preparation work as needed
  • Troubleshoot repair challenges and determine the best approach to complete work accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to support a safe and productive shop environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to keep repairs moving through each stage of the process
  • Take ownership of assigned work from preparation through completion

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Team oriented approach and willingness to contribute wherever needed to get the job done
Why Join General Propeller?
  • Join an established, close knit marine business where your work has a visible impact
  • Work in a hands on environment where you can take ownership of your work from start to finish
  • Build experience beyond welding by learning different stages of the repair and finishing process
  • Work independently while being part of a team that supports one another
