TIG Welder - 1st Shift

Location: Fairfield, OH

PrideStaff is partnering with a client that builds high-quality systems for marine and industrial uses. We value skilled craftspeople and are looking for talented TIG Welders to join our team.

What You'll Do:

1. Perform precision TIG welding on metals such as stainless steel and aluminum.
2. Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications accurately.
3. Ensure welds meet quality standards for strength and appearance.
4. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
5. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

What You Bring:

• Solid experience with TIG welding in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship.

Compensation: $22 - $26 per hour (based on skills and experience).
