Qualifications

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated TIG Welder to join our team in Groton. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that company products and processes meet strict customer, national, and international standards, specifications, and accreditations. Key Responsibilities

Perform weld repairs on various types of metals, including stainless steel, cobalt, and nickel alloy castings.

Maintain rigorous adherence to quality control standards, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and accreditations.

Troubleshoot and solve technical welding challenges as they arise.

Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.
